“Record of proceedings and report”
301-Record of proceedings of the House-
- The Secretary shall keep a report of the proceedings of the House containing a brief record of the decisions of the House for each day.
- After each session of the House the Speaker shall sign the report and the report shall become an authentic record of the decisions of the House.
- The report shall be printed and copies thereof shall be made available to the members within four days.
302-Report of proceedings of the House-
- The Secretary shall also cause a full and correct report of the proceedings of each session of the House to be prepared and shall cause the same to be published in such form and in such manner as the Speaker may from time to time direct.
- A copy of such report shall be sent by the Secretary to each member of the House and to the Governor within three months.
303-Expunging of words from the proceedings of the House.-
- If the Speaker is of the opinion that a word or words have been used in the House which are defamatory or indecent or unparliamentary or indecent, he may, in his discretion, order that such word or words be expunged from the proceedings of the House.
- The portions so removed from the proceedings of the House shall not be printed but an asterisk shall be placed in its place and the following explanatory note shall be included in the proceedings:-“Extracted on such and such date as per the order given by the Speaker’s Bench.”“(ac) Directions regarding making available video footage of the proceedings of the House

Until a permanent arrangement is made for video recording and editing of the proceedings of the House, this footage shall not be distributed to anyone. In very exceptional circumstances, after approval of a special request from the Hon’ble Speaker for a special occasion, the edited clip of the video recording may be made available for wide broadcast on the day of the session itself under the direction of the Secretary.
“(ac) Directions regarding making available copies of the proceedings
149(d) The complete and correct copy of the proceedings shall be made available to anyone only after the approval of the Hon’ble Speaker and after being printed and distributed in the House.
